Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "dz777", "we", "us", or "our" means the operator of the dz777 platform at dz777.biz, holding an internationally recognised gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the dz777 website, mobile browser interface, all associated sub-domains, and any gaming or betting services offered through those channels.
• "Player", "you", or "your" means any natural person who has registered an account on the dz777 platform or is otherwise accessing the platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on the dz777 platform.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, deposit match, free bet, or cashback amount credited to a Player's Account by dz777 under any promotional offer.
• "Real Funds" means deposits made by a Player into the Wallet using accepted payment methods.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures conducted by dz777 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and source of funds where required.

2.1 Binding Agreement. By accessing the dz777 Platform, completing the registration process, or making any deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and all applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any feature of the dz777 Platform. dz777 employs age verification controls and may request documentary evidence of age at any time. Accounts determined to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance may be withheld pending review.

2.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the dz777 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. dz777 does not represent or warrant the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. Players accept all legal risk associated with their use of the Platform from their location.

2.4 Mental Capacity. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, are not in a state of intoxication or impaired judgment, and understand the nature and risk of real-money gambling.

3.1 Single Account. Each Player is entitled to hold only one (1) registered Account on dz777 at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, dz777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must update your Account information promptly if any details change. Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dz777 login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity carried out through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been performed by you. dz777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arises from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification. dz777 may, at its sole discretion and at any point in the Account lifecycle, request identity documentation including but not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of residential address, or documentation evidencing source of funds. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

3.5 Self-Exclusion Checks. Players who have previously self-excluded from dz777 or any affiliated platform and have an active exclusion period are prohibited from registering a new Account during that period.

4.1 Accepted Methods. dz777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability in your region: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC20 network). dz777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Currency. All Account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made via USDT will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by dz777 at the time of crediting. dz777 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum amounts for bank transfers and USDT deposits are displayed in the deposit section of your Account. These minimums are subject to change at dz777's discretion.

4.4 Third-Party Payments. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Payments from third-party accounts — including shared bank accounts not solely held in your name — are prohibited. dz777 may refuse or reverse deposits where payment source ownership cannot be confirmed.

4.5 Deposit Verification. Where required by dz777's payment verification procedures, you may be asked to submit a screenshot or receipt confirming your deposit transaction. Failure to provide such documentation within 48 hours may result in the deposit not being credited.

5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested in respect of Real Funds held in your Wallet. Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.

5.2 Withdrawal Method. dz777 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit where operationally possible. dz777 reserves the right to request an alternative method if the original is unavailable.

5.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by dz777 as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: typically same business day, up to 24 hours
• HBL / UBL Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days
• SadaPay: typically same business day
• USDT TRC20: typically 15–60 minutes after approval

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

5.5 Verification Requirement. dz777 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the withdrawal amount. Players are advised to complete identity verification proactively following registration to avoid delays at the time of withdrawal.

5.6 Withdrawal Limits. dz777 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. High-volume Players or VIP tier members may be subject to individually negotiated withdrawal terms.

6.1 Offer Eligibility. All promotional offers made available by dz777 are subject to specific eligibility criteria, including but not limited to: minimum deposit amounts, specified time windows, qualifying game categories, and single-offer-per-household restrictions. Eligibility criteria for each offer are stated at the point of that offer.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account carry a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before any associated balance may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement within any stated expiry window will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward the satisfaction of Wagering Requirements. Casino table games, live dealer titles, and sportsbook bets may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Players should review game contribution rates before deploying Bonus Funds.

6.4 Bonus Abuse. dz777 actively monitors for and prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract Bonus Funds without genuine gaming risk, creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once, and use of third-party services to identify promotional arbitrage opportunities. Where bonus abuse is identified, dz777 may void all associated winnings and suspend the Account.

6.5 Modification or Withdrawal. dz777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where an offer is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, dz777 will honour the terms applicable at the time of opt-in subject to Clause 6.4.

7.1 Game Results. All casino game outcomes at dz777 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by an accredited testing laboratory. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by real-world dealing events in certified partner studios. dz777 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or game error that affects a casino round or sportsbook settlement, dz777 reserves the right to void all bets affected by that malfunction and return the relevant stakes to the Wallets of affected Players. No additional compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

7.3 Sports Betting — Odds. All sports betting odds displayed on dz777 are subject to change prior to the commencement of the relevant event. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed with a bet reference number, the odds at which it was placed will be honoured unless the bet qualifies for voiding under Clause 7.5.

7.4 Cricket Betting. dz777 offers betting markets on PSL fixtures, Pakistan international cricket, and other cricket competitions worldwide. All cricket bets are settled on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match abandonment, dz777 reserves the right to void all affected markets unless an official result has been declared.

7.5 Voiding of Bets. dz777 reserves the right to void any bet, regardless of whether it has been settled, in circumstances including: manifest error in odds pricing; event cancellation or abandonment without a result; evidence of match-fixing or corruption; or violation of any other provision of this Agreement by the Player placing the bet.

7.6 Maximum Win. dz777 reserves the right to impose a maximum single-bet or single-session win limit at its discretion. Any amount in excess of the applicable maximum win limit may be withheld pending review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dz777 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of winnings, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not authorised by dz777;
2. Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
3. Fraudulent use of payment instruments, including use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods;
4. Money laundering, or using the dz777 Platform to process, conceal, or convert proceeds of unlawful activity;
5. Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them to dz777 support;
6. Impersonating another Player, dz777 staff member, or any other person;
7. Creating or using a duplicate Account to circumvent any Account restriction or promotional limitation;
8. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes;
9. Accessing dz777 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law, where dz777 has communicated that access is restricted.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the dz777 Platform, including but not limited to the dz777 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual materials, is the intellectual property of dz777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Limited Licence. dz777 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without dz777's prior written consent.

9.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the dz777 Platform. You may not frame or embed any portion of the Platform on any third-party website without express written authorisation from dz777.

10.1 No Warranty. The dz777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied. dz777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of viruses, or that any specific outcome will be achieved by any Player.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dz777 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

10.3 Cap on Liability. Where dz777 is found liable for any direct damages notwithstanding the above, dz777's aggregate liability to you in respect of any single cause of action shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Your Responsibility. Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that the outcome of any bet or game is uncertain and that you may lose some or all of your deposited funds. dz777 bears no responsibility for any financial loss sustained by you through use of the Platform.

11.1 Commitment. dz777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Players with the tools to manage their gaming activity. As a condition of its international gaming licence, dz777 is obligated to maintain responsible gaming frameworks and make them readily accessible to all Players.

11.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts at custom intervals to track cumulative session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your Account cannot be accessed and no deposits can be made.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account with a minimum exclusion period of 12 months, extendable indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the stated exclusion period. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details.

11.3 Underage Protection. dz777 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Players aged under 21 are prohibited from using the Platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling content.

11.4 Support. If you believe your gaming activity is causing harm to you or your household, we encourage you to contact dz777 support or seek assistance from an independent responsible gambling support organisation. Self-exclusion tools can be activated at any time without requiring contact with dz777 staff.

12.1 The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by dz777 is governed by the dz777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy.

12.2 dz777 collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with applicable gaming licence obligations, and customer support. dz777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

12.3 dz777 may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment processors where required by law, court order, or applicable gaming licence conditions.

13.1 dz777's Rights. dz777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A Player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• A Player has engaged in any form of fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within a required timeframe;
• dz777 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering or financial crime;
• dz777 is required to do so by any regulatory authority or court order;
• A Player has a pre-existing self-exclusion that was not disclosed at registration.

13.2 Player's Right to Close. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting dz777 support. On closure of a legitimately held Account with no outstanding compliance reviews, any Real Funds balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus Funds are forfeited on Account closure.

13.3 Balance on Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the associated balance will be held by dz777 for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the Player's favour, the balance will be released. If a breach is confirmed, dz777 may withhold all or part of the balance as permitted by applicable law.

14.1 dz777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, dz777 will provide reasonable notice to existing Players via email, Account notification, or a prominent notice on the dz777 Platform.

14.2 Your continued use of the dz777 Platform following notification of a change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account in accordance with Clause 13.2 prior to the amendment's effective date.

14.3 The current version of these Terms is always the version displayed at dz777.biz/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" shown in the header of this document indicates when the current version came into force.

15.1 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dz777 holds its gaming licence. Any reference to applicable law shall be read as a reference to the laws of that jurisdiction.

15.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising between you and dz777 in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact dz777 support and allow a reasonable period (not less than 30 days) for informal resolution before pursuing any other remedy.

15.3 Regulatory Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process established by dz777's applicable gaming regulatory authority in accordance with that authority's procedures. dz777 will cooperate fully with any such process.

15.4 No Class Actions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all disputes must be resolved individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration against dz777.
